Engineered Exhaust Vents
Non Mechanical, but Far From Passive

R&D affiliate of 360 Products Inc.

Man Made Objects: The Cause of Wind Turbulence
Buildings are the most non aerodynamic obstacles on the planet, but unfortunately most need venting. These cubed structures create continuous wind turbulence, in addition to unpredictable gusts.  Wind operated devices cannot manage these chaotic winds, this is why wind turbines are located on the oceans, flat farm lands or gentle rolling hills, far away from any turbulence.  All vent ports exposed to the outside environment are subjected to this wind chaos, if not powered they will fail .  Our non powered static vents actually convert turbulence and gusts into a low pressure exhaust force. The calculated draw rates will drive the ventilation, as the turbulence increase so will the interior ventilation.

Controlling the Wind
We have been designing wind operated venting products for almost 20 years. The uses of low pressure vents are unlimited. They range from simply wind protection for a port or vent stack, to extracting heat, fumes or moisture from a system or enclosure. By managing wind from any direction as well as controlling gusts and turbulence, these vents create a low pressure, forcing the exhaust process. With the use of natural air movement effective  ventilation is easily possible without the use of fans.

"360 Siphon"
A powerful one way exhaust vent, operates in all wind conditions, simultaneously inhibiting back pressure (blow-in). Originally built for extracting fumes from holding tanks and sewer systems.
Exhausts heat, fumes and moisture for smaller enclosures less than 100  cubic feet. Fog Demo Video

"360 Wall Exhaust"
A high volume exhaust vent. This is our most powerful exhaust vent to date. Pulling over 4 cu.ft. / min. for every 1mph of wind. Includes the interior (Dry) port .  An easy install. The vent provides continual air exchanges without the use of power
Applications: Shipping Containers, Crawl Spaces, Attics, Garden sheds, Chemical Storage Sheds

Shipping Container Ventilation
To allow the "360 Wall Exhaust" to drive the ventilation, an air intake will be required. The vents on the right are designed for an easy install on the sides or back of a container.  This will allow the necessary air exchanges to provide a condensation free container.
