360 Vortex Roof Vent
The product is designed to fit into the standard 14" x 14" RV roof vent frame. All the airflow operational aspects of the design are complete, including water barrier tests. Production design is the next phase of development.
Fully operational prototype. Functionality first, aesthetics second.
Why replace an industry standard vent, the 14" crank up, that has been used for over 50 years?

Source of the Problem
Whats wrong with vent high pressure, blow-in?
Clean Allergen Free RV
Once the roof top ventilation is resolved, HEPA quality filters can be placed on intake points such as windows or specifically designed intake ports. The RV moisture issue alone, especially during storage is prone to mold spoors. Pollen and other pollutants could almost be completely eliminated without power.
Fans versus the 360 Vortex
Wind was the source of the problem, it can now be the permanent fix

Source of the Problem
- The unpredictability of wind
- Roof vents unable to exhaust in all wind conditions
- Vents that control the wind
- Incorporate roof vent fans that can overpower winds
- The RV roof top is normally subjected to the most wind.
- The highest point in an RV is the best place to vent off heat, moisture and odors
- Unfortunately winds are unpredictable and most roof vents allow blow-in, reversing the exhaust process. To correct this fans are required to override the effects of wind
Whats wrong with vent high pressure, blow-in?
- RV roof, like the hood of a car, is a flat surface for collecting pollen, soot and dust which the vents are now allowing the wind to blow into the RV
- Dew also settles on the roof, and rain mist sits within 8” of the surface, it enters with a tail wind
- During the heat of the day the roof is often the hottest part of the RV, which also blows in
- RV interior must be continually eliminating moisture from people, showers, washing machines, cooking, etc.
- RV roof vents should be extracting interior heat build up and odors on a continuous bases

Fans versus the 360 Vortex
- 360 Vortex is much quieter, cheaper, cant wear out, wont drain the batteries
- 360 Vortex can be left open for 12 months of the year without concerns of dependability
- 360 Vortex will continue to work in strong winds, a fan will eventually be overcome
